Scope
The Project Cargo and Heavy Lift Executive or Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of project cargo and heavy lift movements, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery in line with customer and company requirements.
Responsibilities

• Provides the organization of the work to be carried out on Project cargo loading.
• Coordinate daily operations for project cargo and heavy lift shipments (land, sea, or air).
• Prepare and review transportation plans, route surveys, lifting studies, and method statements.
• Work closely with vendors and subcontractors for equipment availability, pricing, and scheduling.
• Monitor cargo movements, resolve on-ground challenges, and keep clients updated.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, legal, and operational standards.
• Maintain documentation including shipping documents, reports, and permits.
• Assist in budgeting, costing, and final job closure.
• Support project managers with reports and updates.
• Adhere to Safety, Health and Quality standards of the company.
• Awareness of Business Continuity Plan in place.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• 1-3 years' experience in project logistics or related heavy transport operations
• Familiar with MS Office and logistics software
• Knowledge of HSE standards in logistics
• Good spoken and written English
