As a Project Manager specializing in heavy lift logistics and deck carrier operations, you will lead complex marine and offshore transportation projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure contract compliance, and build long-term client relationships while managing operational risks and ensuring project profitability. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans covering scope, cost, timeline, and risk
• Align project deliverables with strategic goals and client expectations
• Collaborate with Operations and Technical teams for tailored engineering solutions
• Support commercial team with technical feasibility and project estimation
• Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
• Maintain oversight of all contractual obligations, proactively resolve disputes
• Liaise with clients, brokers, freight forwarders, and authorities to ensure smooth project flow
• Work closely with the chartering team to coordinate vessel and cargo schedules
• Lead and mentor engineering, safety, and operations staff throughout project lifecycle
• Ensure QHSE compliance and apply best practices in all operational phases

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime, Engineering, or equivalent discipline
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project forwarding, logistics, or deck carrier management
• In-depth knowledge of heavy lift logistics and vessel operations
• Strong contract negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Proven project management background in logistics or maritime sectors
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Strategic mindset with attention to detail and operational excellence
