. The ideal candidate will handle concept design, detailed drawings, material selection, project coordination, and authority approvals across various project types.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualise interior and exterior designs, including 3D renders, presentations, and hand sketches.
Develop design concepts based on client vision, functional needs, and project requirements.
Prepare detailed working drawings, mood boards, and all design-related documentation.
Prepare material lists, BOQs, quotations, and variations for client approval.
Handle authority submissions and obtain necessary approvals from local agencies.
Coordinate and correspond with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure design quality, accuracy, and compliance with project standards.
Support project execution teams with detailed drawings and design clarifications.
Candidate Requirements :
Experience in
residential, commercial, F&B, hospitality, and villa projects

Strong background in
interior fit-out and architectural detailing
.
Expert in preparing 2D/3D plans, detailed shop drawings for
Civil/MEP/Joinery
.
Proficient in:
Auto-CAD
Sketch Up
3D Max
V-Ray render engine
Photoshop
Illustrator
Rvit or all design related software
Microsoft Office
Ability to prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and materials lists.
Experience in negotiations, budgeting, and managing project timelines.
Strong design sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
