Job Description

:

Conceptualize design,3D renders and graphic presentations and Hand sketches

Develops interiors concepts based on client vision, desire, and architectural concept
Develop concept design and space planning and Prepares detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models, and schemes

The designer will be responsible for managing the design functions on Fit out projects as assigned including liaising with the clients and other internal departments/sub-contractors.

To prepare, and develop with the team where required, drawings, models, images, material & mood boards and other documents relating to the design

Prepare the material list, BOQ, and quotation to the client Execution of the project as per plan and Prepare project schedule. Prepare variations and submit for approval. Preparation of invoices as per contractual terms, submission and attaining approvals. Organizing and attending meetings relating to the project
Execute the interior works as per design and updates on daily/ weekly/ad-hoc basis

Control the cost as per budget and Monitor material coordination between production, design and sales department.

Handle authority approvals of local agencies (drawing approvals) and Correspondence with client/ consultants/ subcontractors.

Assuring correct and Precise documentation of materials, inspections and closure documentation

Maintain records of the transfer slips with any quality issues arise over the production course.

Monitor material usage and ensure the least waste overall production processes

Ascertaining the project profitability and continuous enhancements

Candidates Requirements (Must have)

Project Architect / Interior Designer who have experienced in residential, commercial, F&B, hospitality, and villa projects

Proficient in Auto Cad, Sketch Up, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other design programs Experienced in Negotiations and agreeing budgets and time-scales
Thorough knowledge of Architectural/Joinery and interior designing for 2D/3D plans, detailed shop drawings for Civil/MEP/joinery for interior & fit-out Projects.

Must have Knowledge in Commercial Interior Environment, Fit out detailing, Specifications, Suppliers & Materials. Self-reliance & ability in AutoCAD, 3D Max,3D modeling, Photoshop Adobe, Microsoft office
Able to use

ALL

of the following: 3D Max, V-ray Render Engine, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft office in an expert level

Should be aware of health and safety guidelines related to interior fit out project management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
