to support our interior and civil projects. The candidate will handle documentation, vendor coordination, quotation preparation, and project reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail, good communication, and familiarity with project workflows in construction or fit-out companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare
quotations and cost comparisons
by collecting information from vendors and subcontractors.
Maintain and update
project documentation, correspondence, and reports
.
Support the project team in
drafting letters, NOCs, and official submissions
.
Track
timesheets, manpower lists, and material requests
.
Coordinate with the estimation and procurement teams to ensure timely submission of quotes.
Assist in preparing
project progress and expense reports
for management.
Maintain organized digital and physical records for all ongoing projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Civil / Business Administration / Engineering / Architecture
.
2-5 years of experience
in a similar administrative or estimation role (UAE experience preferred).
Knowledge of
Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
, and basic estimation or costing tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Must be
based in the UAE
and ready to join immediately.
