We are currently looking for a Project Administrator to be based in Abu Dhabi. Main Purpose of Role:
Provide document control/admin services to the project team.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree / Diploma
Advantage
Previous experience in Region
Preferred Arabic Speaker
Technical Knowledge and Skills (Discipline Specific):
Min 3-5 years oil and gas industry experience providing project administrative and support role
Advanced MS office software (Excel, Word, power point) skills
Experience on EDMS is an added advantage
Responsibilities:
Carry out document control/admin services in line with the project services procedures.
Use the companys electronic document management system to record all document work flows.
Ensure all project-related registers and databases are updated accurately.
Interface with the client representatives (when necessary) on document management issues.
Participate in project audits to demonstrate project records are well maintained for retention and in conformance with document control processes and procedures.
