Executing corporate-wide initiatives - define project plans, assemble resources, manage implementation activities, and develop all processes associated with program rollout and ongoing support
Identifying new opportunities - assess and prioritize program needs based on business requirements, develop business case for new initiatives and obtain project approvals
Scaling existing programs - expand coverage of existing services to additional domestic and international locations - successfully manage all aspects of program implementation working in partnership with regional recruiting teams
Improving external recruiting and onboarding services - represent company and candidate interests in the selection and implementation of external recruiting and vendors, monitor SLAs, provide ongoing feedback, and address service issues
The Successful Applicant
Key prerequisites for the successful candidate includes:
Proven record of full cycle project management, from conception and design through implementation, measurement and continuous improvement.
5+ years of experience in program management or leading larger change projects
HR/Recruitment domain knowledge
Business level English (Read/Write/Listen/Speak)
Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing company-wide programs
Basic Excel skills (pivot, vlookup, and other basic formulas) Preferred qualifications
Advanced degree (MBA or other applicable advanced degree)
