What You'll Do

• Lead project planning and execution of phygital store launches across GCC markets
• Create digital-first in-store experiences integrating smart fitting rooms, digital activations, and omnichannel journeys
• Oversee retail operations: pricing, stock availability, sourcing, merchandising, and SOP execution
• Define KPIs and use data insights to optimize store layouts, customer engagement, and in-store conversion
• Drive marketing alignment for brand activation and digital campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, 1P/3P targeting)
• Collaborate with e-commerce, logistics, retail ops, and external agency teams for synchronized execution
• Benchmark competitors and analyze GCC market trends to refine strategy
• Deliver measurable results on sales performance, customer experience, and profitability
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, supporting the business plan and transformation roadmap

Ideal Profile

• 7+ years in consulting, retail transformation, digital innovation, or omnichannel strategy
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with experience managing cross-functional projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Background in GCC retail markets and consumer behavior a strong advantage
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
• Proactive, creative, and outcome-focused mindset
