Program Document Database Control Lead role supporting major water and wastewater emergency programs in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. This position focuses on program-wide document control, information governance, and database management within a PMC environment, ensuring full traceability, compliance, and alignment with client and authority requirements across multiple DB and DBO projects.

Key Responsibilities
Establish and enforce a program-wide document control and information governance framework aligned with client and authority requirements.
Manage integration of document control systems with Digital PMO and PMIS platforms.
Maintain master registers for documents, correspondence, drawings, submissions, approvals, and revisions across all emergency projects.
Ensure timely distribution, tracking, and close-out of critical program and project documentation.
Support audit readiness by maintaining complete, traceable document histories and approval records.
Coordinate document interfaces between the PMO, DB and DBO contractors, supervision consultants, and other stakeholders.
Monitor compliance with approved document control procedures and escalate deviations to PMO leadership.
Support configuration management by ensuring consistency between approved designs, revisions, and construction documentation.
Prepare regular reports on document status, overdue submissions, and information-related risks.
Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in Information Management or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in document control roles on large infrastructure programs.
Strong experience supporting water and wastewater or sewage treatment plant projects.
Demonstrated experience working with Abu Dhabi authorities and regulatory standards.
GCC experience is required, with strong preference for Abu Dhabi-based programs.
