Program Director role in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain leading high-priority water and wastewater emergency programs under a PMC framework. Key Responsibilities
Act as the single point of accountability for the client's emergency water and wastewater projects program.
Provide strategic leadership and direction to the PMC team and all internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee program governance, performance monitoring, and compliance with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
Lead coordination across multiple design work orders, DB and DBO delivery packages, and construction oversight activities.
Support client executive leadership with clear, timely reporting, strategic advice, and informed recommendations.
Manage key stakeholder, authority, and utility interfaces across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
Oversee program-level risk management, commercial exposure, and escalation of critical issues.
Ensure alignment between program objectives, approved design intent, and delivered water and wastewater assets.
Maintain strong control over schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety performance across all projects.
Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline, with a Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 20 years of experience delivering major infrastructure programs, preferably in water and wastewater sectors.
At least 5 years of experience in senior leadership roles such as Program Director or Project Director.
Strong background in PMC or PMO roles for large-scale water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
Proven experience managing DB, DBO, or EPC delivery models.
GCC experience is required, with strong preference for Abu Dhabi project exposure.
