The purpose of this role (to be located in Saudi or UAE) is to lead the project business function in ME is to ensure HPS delivers best in class solutions to meet customer expectations whilst achieving safety, quality, schedule and financial goals. Lead the execution, functional and project management disciplines necessary to enhance the competitive position of HPS to meet growth objectives. Leverage on strong local presence and capabilities to deliver and align with local customers. Drive business growth in the projects business in collaboration with the sales organization.
Program Director Responsibilities
Management of the projects business across key metrics of growth, revenue, profit and cash. Balancing business margins and operating costs/productivity vs. growth opportunities. (P&L Management)
Overall responsibility for Project Execution and Delivery (Cost, Schedule, Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Safety)
Responsible for monthly business processes including opportunity reviews, financial, factory and labour forecasting.
Participate and facilitate business approvals for new opportunities and Project Management processes in accordance with HPS policies
Plan, develop and support staffing of key personnel for the region organizations.
Ensure adequate monitoring of all projects in the region to meet delivery & quality objectives by participating in monthly, deep dive and executive reviews/audits
Participate in Annual Operating Plan (AOP) processes and provide leadership to execute on agreed plans
Interface with the other businesses and functions when executing cross business projects.
Be a change agent - influence, consult, and lead efforts for sharing and standardizing of best practices and processes
Work with Engineering leader to ensure the required skills are developed in the targeted geographies
Overall responsibility for the Project Managers and Senior Lead Engineers, development of skills identified in the Strategic Plan (STRAP), vertical and BTI/CGI and local market initiatives
Maintain customer satisfaction at target levels and promptly resolve customer issues.
Escalation point for customer satisfaction, safety, performance and dispute resolution across project business.

Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in business and/or Engineering
Extensive experience in the Industrial Automation or Relevant Industry
Professional Operational experience
People Management Responsibility
10+ Project Management experience responsible for P&L results.
10+ years of customer and project experience
Process Automation, project management
