POSITION DESCRIPTION
Program Assistant will support the Program Coordinator in the monitoring and support of students in the Public University Scholarships program and the administration of student-advising policies and procedures and logistics. Activities may include data entry, drafting documents, advising students, creating student reports, making phone calls, collecting data, and timely and accurate filing of key project documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Track students\xe2\x80\x99 completion of activities and requirements and ensure that the student monitoring database is up to date
Assist the Program coordinator in communicating with Ain Shams University faculties and staff to facilitate students\xe2\x80\x99 academic requirements
Coordinate and follow up with other teams on quarterly student update report content
Draft content for the quarterly reports
Assist Program Coordinator in budgeting and tracking participants costs
Support in advising program planning
Communicate with students on a regular basis
Collect student success stories and data and share it bi-weekly with the marketing team
Draft program documents including official letters, announcements, success stories, etc.
Prepare end of semester participant attendance and performance data and evaluation statistics and submit to program coordinator for quarterly reporting
Prepare fliers, graduation reports, and certificates and other documents for special events
Maintain program files and documentation in an organized manner
Coordinate logistics with universities as needed
Keep record of and follow up on cost share documentation requests
Organize meetings and record minutes of meetings
Review students\xe2\x80\x99 supplementary courses applications with other teams coordination
Perform other tasks as requested
