Job Description

Job Purpose: Public Relations Officer is responsible for coordinating and liaising between the company and Government organizations / authorities and provide a key inter-face between the two. Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize all routine processing of MOHRE, GDRFA, Emirates ID, and medical examination to complete all the necessary legal formalities
  • Renew, update and keep up all workers visas and work contracts on time to guarantee that organization's records are up to date in the labor and Immigration Departments. Send notification to employees on required documents before their visa expires.
  • New / Renew None sponsor work permit
  • Cancellation of MOHRE labor card, residence visa and non-sponsor labor card.
  • Renew, cancellation and DHCC residence visa.
  • Arrange and coordinate for MOHRE visit and inspection.
  • Makes sure all business and trade Licenses are updated, follow-up official approvals and permits, to prevent unnecessary violations.
  • Provide advice, guidance and assistance regarding government related matter to ensure that all employees understand the requirements of government authorities in relation to any applications that they wish to make.
  • Maintains an updated in-depth understanding of government laws, keeping abreast of the changes and advising.
  • Collect and follow up with employees to get all required documents.
  • Maintains employee's folder and keep it updated.
  • Maintains and updated Master file.
  • Preparing of all Arabic NOC / Letters.
  • Coordinate with HR team additional / deletion health insurance.
  • Raise IPR and settle down invoices with finance department.
  • Coordinate with HR team for additional and deletion health insurance.
  • Maintains Mename app with staff attachments documents.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a PRO.
  • Solid background on UAE Labor law most importantly on Immigration rules and regulation.
  • Excellent written and oral and communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Excellent typing skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Excellent computer skills and IT knowledge on all Government official smart apps, e-dirham, e-Government applications and other Electronic Funds Transfer.
