Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced hair services including precision cutting, professional styling, coloring, highlights, balayage, and premium hair treatments.
Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable styles and services.
Execute modern and classic hair techniques with creativity, accuracy, and confidence.
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety at all times.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Confidently participate in salon promotional content and on-camera activities when required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation.
Work collaboratively with team members to support a positive and high-performance salon culture.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Proven experience as a professional hairdresser in a reputable ladies salon.
Minimum 2 years of salon experience in the UAE or internationally.
Strong expertise in hair coloring, cutting, styling, and treatments.
Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and technical precision.
Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and client-focused mindset.
Must be currently in the UAE or willing to relocate to Sharjah.
