Key Responsibilities:
Perform haircuts, blow-drys, styling, coloring, highlights, and treatments
Provide consultations to clients on hairstyles, hair care, and maintenance
Recommend suitable styles and products based on clients' preferences and hair type
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and the workstation
Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits
Uphold high salon standards and ensure a professional and welcoming environment
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a hairdresser/hair stylist
Certification in hairdressing or cosmetology (if applicable in your region)
Strong knowledge of various hair techniques and products
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Presentable, punctual, and professional appearance
