Onex Beauty Group is looking for a Hairdresser to join our growing team!

We are looking for a female hairdresser, young and dynamic working in a luxury salon with good experience with latest techniques of Hairdressing and hairstyling.

Responsibilities:

Analyze clients' hair and other physical features to determine and recommend or suggest hairstyles, Hair Coloring, or hair care treatments.

Cut, trim, and shape hair or hairpieces, based on the Client's instructions, and hair type according to the facial features.

Maintain a working knowledge of all products and be updated on the latest promos in Maison De Joelle's services and techniques.

Provide excellent customer service by completing services promptly in the time allotted.

Develop new styles and techniques.

Maintain professional and courteous behavior with all clients and employees.

Check equipment for damage or need for repair and report to the Salon Supervisor or Operations Manager.

Follows Salon protocols for quality service and municipality regulations.

Demonstrate and sell hair care products and cosmetics.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma or Equal Educational Background in Hairdressing, Hair Coloring, Hair Cutting, and Hair Styling

More than 3 years of working experience as a Hairdresser in a reputed salon

Neat Personal Presentation and Styling

Willing to learn additional skills.
