Position Overview

We seek a dynamic and highly motivated Professional Development and Implementation Specialist to join our team in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, focusing on the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region. This individual will be crucial in successfully implementing our early childhood education solutions across Arab-speaking countries. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of early childhood education, subject matter expertise, exceptional presentation skills, and a passion for transforming education in the Middle East.

Specific Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Professional Development: Conducts professional development sessions and training for educators in international schools, private schools, and public schools (Ministries of Education) to ensure the effective utilization of our solutions.
  • Implementation Support: Works closely with schools to facilitate onboarding onto our systems, assisting with administrative challenges and ensuring a smooth transition to our curriculum.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstratess cultural sensitivity and awareness of Middle Eastern traditions to effectively engage with the region\'s educators, schools, and educational authorities.
  • Advocate for the Company: Serves as a passionate advocate for our play-based curriculum and our commitment to transforming early childhood education worldwide.
  • Engagement and Communication: Maintains a strong presence by regularly visiting schools, connecting with teachers, and organizing engaging presentations and workshops to promote our curriculum.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic to facilitate effective communication with educators and educational authorities in the MENA region.
  • Product Knowledge: Possesses a deep understanding of our early childhood education solutions, particularly Teaching Strategies Creative Curriculum and GOLD, and effectively communicate their value to potential and existing clients.
  • Pre-sales and Post-sales Support: Collaborates with the regional business executive to present our solutions to new schools, act as a pre-sales resource, and ensure successful post-sales implementation, renewals, and ongoing support.
  • Independence and Time Management: Works independently, given the geographical separation from the main office in the U.S., and manages a busy schedule that may include travel to different schools and time zone coordination.
  • Transportation: Owns means of transportation for convenient travel to various school locations within the region.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Master\'s preferred).
  • Previous experience in a preschool or KG1/KG2 teaching role.
  • Expertise in Teaching Strategies, Creative Curriculum, and GOLD.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to create and manage office hours for school support.
  • Charismatic and culturally savvy, with an understanding of Middle Eastern traditions.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with remote teams.
