Facilitating leadership in HSE and coordinating the support activities provided to Area Managers, Area Superintendents, Field Supervisors and contractors.
Assisting in the implementation of the Project HSE Plan
Assisting in the review of contractor HSE Management Plans before mobilisation to site
Coordinating the Worley HSE adviser resources to ensure that there is effective personnel utilisation
Supervising the review of contractor HSE readiness when initially mobilised to site
Coordinating the audit and review of contractor safety practices to ensure compliance with the Project HES plan and contractors’ own HSE Plan, including statutory compliance requirements
Assisting in the implementation of HSE surveys and audits
Contributing to the HSE statistical reporting for the Project
Assisting in the analysis and reporting of Project wide safety performance
Assisting in the development and maintenance of the site emergency response procedure
Assisting in the development and implementation of HSE training initiatives
Assisting in the development and promotion of HSE initiatives to encourage improved awareness on all phases of the Project
Contributing to the timely and accurate input to the weekly and monthly reports of HSE incident details, statistics and initiatives
