We are looking for an experienced and results-driven

Production Manager

to lead and oversee all production activities at our lubricant oil manufacturing facility in

Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah

. The ideal candidate must have relevant experience in the

lubricant industry

and a solid understanding of production planning, quality control, and team management in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the lubricant oil production line.

Plan and implement production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.

Supervise production staff, ensuring efficiency, discipline, and safety.

Coordinate with quality control, maintenance, and warehouse teams.

Ensure all production processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Monitor machinery and equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance.

Optimize production resources to minimize waste and reduce costs.

Report on key performance indicators (KPIs), production metrics, and progress.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in lubricant oil production

or a similar industrial environment.

Strong knowledge of blending, filling, and packaging processes specific to lubricants.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in production management software/tools is an advantage.

Knowledge of Hamriyah Free Zone operations is a plus.
