We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Operations Manager
to oversee the day-to-day operations of our lubricant oil manufacturing facility located in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial operations, production management, and quality control within thelubricant or petrochemical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage overall factory operations, ensuring efficient production, safety, and compliance. Plan, organize, and coordinate production schedules and workforce management. Oversee inventory, raw material procurement, and supply chain coordination. Implement and maintain quality control systems to meet industry standards and customer expectations. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Monitor and optimize operational costs and budgets. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce downtime. Coordinate with the sales, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
