Objectives of this Role

The Production Technicians at BlackStone eIT will be responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining production equipment and processes. This role requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensure efficient production workflows while adhering to quality standards.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

Set up and operate production machinery according to company specifications. Monitor equipment performance and take necessary corrective actions to maintain production schedules. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning. Document production processes and maintain accurate records of production activities. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards to minimize risks and defects. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and improve workflow efficiency. Troubleshoot minor production issues and coordinate with maintenance personnel for major repairs. Participate in training programs to keep up-to-date with new processes, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred. Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Familiarity with production equipment and quality control processes. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Flexibility to work different shifts, if necessary. * Understanding of health and safety regulations in a production context.
