Production Manager - Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of the detailed procedures of the Medical Equipment Assembly of the products.
• To establish standard operating procedures to consistently meet the quality management system requirements in the manufacturing/ assembly department.
• Manage and executethe overall manufacturing/assembly plan to meet the customer's expectationand schedule.
• Manage theProduction Technologists/ Production Technicians to achieve the goal ofassembling medical equipment's monthly target required.
• Act as a leader inthe continuous implementation of the quality management system in themanufacturing/assembly area of the Medical Equipment Area.
• Fully responsible for handling the training of the production technologist / production technicians and perform timely updates with the quality requirements and contributing towards the quality of the medical equipment.
• Coordinate andfacilitate the availability of the materials and resources required toexecute the plan.
• Ensure the Manufacturing process is carried out under Health and safety practice.
• Ensure the production members (Technologist/technician) are following the required SOPs
• Motivate the production members and resolve any issue that might arise
• To perform verification and validation of activities as needed with an understanding of defects and errors that may be encountered as part of this activity.
• Coordinate and work with other department heads (QA-QC-SC).
• Participate in resolving technical issues related to medical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and work together with his team to find out the root cause of any marketcomplaint.
• Communicate with the concerned department for any technical issues and support.
• Work as a leader for continuous improvement and 5S implementation and lean six sigma initiatives.
• Draft the Quality Objectives of the Production department
• Technical knowledge of Medical Equipment Assembly practice.

Production Manager - Job Qualifications:

• Min. 2 years of similar experience, preferably in medical device production or similar regulated manufacturing
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is an asset
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
