Job Vacancy:

Production Team Leader

Company Field: Animal Feed Manufacturing

As per the requirements below:

Duties and responsibilities:

- Execute the daily production plan according to the schedule approved by the Production Manager.

- Distribute tasks among control room operators and loading/unloading workers to ensure smooth operational processes.

- Monitor workflow on production lines and ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.

- Monitor operational efficiency and submit daily reports on production, malfunctions, and downtime to the Production Manager.

- Coordinate with the Maintenance Department to address malfunctions and technical problems as quickly as possible to ensure continuous operation.

- Supervise the loading and unloading process and ensure the safe handling of raw materials and finished products.

- Implement occupational safety procedures within the production area and ensure all employees adhere to them.

- Monitor waste and losses during production and work to minimize them in cooperation with the Production Manager.

- Train new employees on safe and proper operating procedures.

- Ensure the readiness of equipment, tools, and materials before the start of each shift.

- Submit observations and suggestions for process improvement to the Production Manager.

- Monitor team adherence to attendance and departure times and maintain discipline at work sites.

- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Production Manager within the scope of work.

Required Qualifications and Skill:

- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

- Practical experience of not less than (3) years in the field of production in Feed Mill.

- Strong knowledge of industrial operations, production lines, and control systems.

- Excellent supervisory skills and the ability to manage teams and motivate employees.

- Strong follow-up, organizational, and daily reporting skills.

- Familiarity with occupational safety procedures and product quality standards.

- Proficiency in computer use and production or ERP System.
