What You'll Do

• Support production data users through PRISM / ENERGY COMPONENT for process improvements, plant modeling, control performance monitoring, and business reporting.
• Monitor end-to-end operational data flow including raw data capture, reconciliation, validation, and performance measurement.
• Manage change requests, clarify data issues, and ensure mass balance and KPI applications deliver accurate outputs.
• Coordinate with IT to maintain PRISM / ENERGY COMPONENT sub-applications and ensure secure data access.
• Maintain and update real-time databases including PI & RIMS, CPIMS, and LIMS servers to meet operational needs.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with mass balance requirements.
• Provide technical system monitoring during non-working hours.
• Supervise assigned staff, providing training and development to build technical capability.
• Contribute to budget preparation, monitor costs, and highlight variances to support cost control.
• Implement approved systems, policies, and procedures in line with ADNOC and international standards.
• Participate in performance management processes to achieve departmental objectives.
• Design and implement tools for process automation, efficiency, and alignment with best industry practices.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE requirements and sustainability guidelines.
• Provide inputs for MIS and management progress reports.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent specialization in Hydrocarbon Processing / Process Modelling.
• Degree in Process Control & Automation is preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in operations, process control, and real-time systems within the oil and gas industry, with at least 3 years in a Production System Engineer role.
• Strong knowledge of plant operations, custody transfer measurements, DCS graphics, trends, and reporting.
• Expertise in real-time data capture, automation, and business process automation.
• Proficient in PRISM / ENERGY COMPONENT, PI & RIMS, CPIMS, and LIMS servers.
• Strong skills in planning, scheduling, organizing, and data management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
