Job Description

The

Uniform Production Supervisor

will be responsible for managing daily operations on the production floor, ensuring that uniforms and custom apparel are produced efficiently, accurately, and on time. You will supervise the production team, manage workflow, maintain quality control, and collaborate with other departments to meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate production staff activities Schedule daily production based on orders and deadlines Ensure production targets and quality standards are met Monitor inventory of materials and request supplies as needed Implement and maintain health and safety standards Train new employees on production processes and machinery Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely solutions Collaborate with design, sales, and quality control teams

Requirements:

Proven experience as a production supervisor in clothing, uniforms, or related industries Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes (especially sublimation, embroidery, and stitching) Excellent leadership and organizational skills Ability to manage a team under tight deadlines Good communication and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of quality assurance practices Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, production management software)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in custom uniform production Bilingual skills (optional but a plus) Technical knowledge of sewing and printing machines

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
