Urgently Requirement for Sahara International Group (Saudi Arabia)

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR- 2 nos.

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the similar capacity in the Glass Industry

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Coordination

o Send a daily report to the project manager of each project update from production to installation

o Work within timely schedules and coordinate tasks and any requirements from the commencement up to final completion of the project.

o Supervise and furnish reports of on-going project works in order to successfully achieve the projects requirements.

o Coordinate with the factory for production of orders and monitor progress up to delivery.

o Ensure that orders are delivered to the clients as per schedule.

o Following up for the delivery for the above said purchases.

o Supervise and Implement procedures for Quality management.

Sales and Customer Service:

o Assist walk-in customers and provide an overview of the company, its products, and services.

o Determine needs of customers and provide suggestions according to the products and services the company can offer.

o Support any effective marketing and sales activities in order to acquire more projects and generate new customer leads.

Raw Materials Monitoring:

o Identify on a regular basis scrap materials in the factory and determine whether for disposal or storage for future use.

o Coordinate with Factory Supervisor and Projects Coordinator to identify and monitor stock materials in the factory which are not in use and return to the warehouse with proper documentation.

o Coordinate with warehouse for required materials and ensure availability to avoid delay in the production.

o Enquiring the price and availability with Local suppliers for the Glass/ mirror / SS materials to order for the Job orders of on-going Projects.

o Comparing the prices & Preparing purchase request for issuance of the LPO.

o Planning the material, what needs to be reserved, what needs to be ordered and what are the materials that we need an approval on before starting the production.

Management Support

o Send report to the project manager of what have been achieved and accomplished on a daily basis.

o To perform other duties deemed as necessary by Immediate Manager and/or higher Management.

Letters / Material Submittals for Projects

o Writing letters to the Clients in regards to the issues related to the site conditions.

o Preparing material submittal documents & sample board for the Clients for their approval.

Designs and drawings

o Study and Execute AutoCAD drawings for selected projects.

o Conduct research for concepts and ideas to develop and find solutions for each project.

o Create professional designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.

o Conduct site visits to meet with clients, submit the required documents.

Quotations

o Study and Execute AutoCAD drawings for selected projects.

o Reading & replying to the queries received direct from the clients / trading division. in form of drawing, specs & BOQ

o Answering to the enquiries by watsapp & tele-conversation.

o Pricing & Explaining/introducing our Products to the client in order to make up their mind and confirm the order.

o Glass / mirror sheets optimization before quoting to the client.
