We are a well-established printing and packaging company known for delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our clients. To support our growing operations, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to lead our production team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure timely and efficient workflow. Plan, organize, and assign tasks to production staff based on work orders and deadlines. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet quality standards and delivery timelines. Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of printing and packaging machinery. Implement and maintain safety, health, and quality standards within the production area. Train, coach, and evaluate production staff to improve performance and efficiency. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and coordinate with the procurement team as needed. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., prepress, quality control, logistics) to ensure smooth operations. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce waste.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in the printing and packaging industry. Strong knowledge of printing processes (offset, digital, etc.) and packaging operations.
