You will be responsible for meeting assigned sales targets, expanding the customer base, and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships in your designated region. The role requires proactive market engagement, customer retention strategies, and a solid understanding of product applications and industry trends to ensure sustainable business growth in your region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Growth & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned customers and regions.
Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to order closure.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Conduct regular customer visits to maintain strong business relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Monitor customer activity, order patterns, and product requirements to sustain business share.
Address and resolve customer complaints in coordination with the Quality Control and Operations teams.
3. Account & Payment Management
Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the finance department for collections.
Monitor finished goods inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to support customer demand.
4. Market Intelligence
Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product launches to provide actionable insights to management.
Identify potential areas for growth through market analysis and promotional initiatives.
5. Product & Development Support
Advise customers on new packaging innovations, sustainability trends, and design solutions.
Coordinate with the Product Development and Technical Teams for new product trials or customized solutions.
6. Reporting & Coordination
Submit weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, market developments, and customer feedback.
Support management initiatives and undertake additional assignments as directed by superiors.
