We are looking for an experienced
Production Supervisor
with a strong background in the printing and packaging industry. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production operations, manage machine operators, ensure quality standards, and achieve production targets efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities across printing, finishing, and packaging sections Coordinate with machine operators (Offset, Digital, Die-Cutting, Lamination, Binding, etc.) Monitor production schedules and ensure timely job completion Ensure quality control at every stage of the production process Assign tasks to team members and track performance Solve production issues and ensure smooth workflow Maintain production reports, job cards, and material usage logs Ensure machinery is maintained and production areas follow safety standards Coordinate with the Estimation, Procurement, and Sales teams for job planning
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the
printing industry
Strong knowledge of printing processes (Offset, Digital, Flexo, or Packaging) Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Good communication and team-management skills Proficiency in MS Office and production documentationJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
