Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Production Supervisor
with a background in thesteel industry
to oversee our production operations. The candidate will ensure that manufacturing processes run efficiently, meet quality standards, and adhere to timelines. Avalid driving license
is mandatory for this role.Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
Supervise daily production activities in the steel fabrication unit. Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and production standards. Coordinate with engineers, QA/QC, and site teams for smooth workflow. Monitor manpower, material usage, and equipment performance. Prepare daily production reports and ensure target completion. Maintain a safe working environment and enforce HSE compliance. Travel to sites or suppliers when required (driving license mandatory).
Requirements:
UAE Driving License is
mandatory.
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in the steel or metal industry. Strong knowledge of steel fabrication and production processes. Leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Interested candidates, please send your CV to
