We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Supervisor with 7 -10 years of UAE experience in joinery & interior production industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating production activities, ensuring high-quality output, timely delivery, and efficient resource utilization while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities in the joinery and interior design workshop.
Coordinate with Production Manager, Designers, and Procurement to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
Review technical drawings, cutting lists, and material specifications to ensure production accuracy.
Monitor production timelines and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
Ensure quality control at each stage of production; conduct inspections and resolve defects.
Manage workshop manpower, assign tasks, and oversee staff performance and discipline.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Maintain inventory of raw materials, tools, and equipment.
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Prepare daily and weekly production reports for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
Minimum 7 - 10 years of proven UAE experience in joinery and interior production.
Strong knowledge of joinery materials, machines, and finishing processes.
Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD and shop drawings.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP knowledge is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Candidates:
Candidates currently based in the UAE with transferable visa.
Familiar with UAE quality standards, regulations, and client expectations.
