Joinery Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production of custom furniture and joinery, from planning and scheduling to managing budgets, materials quality control.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
Guide and coach workers monitoring their productivity
Perform verification of production output according to specifications
Ensure that all stakeholders are informed of joinery workload and progress against targets, escalate issues and support the implementation of solutions where required.
Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to in relation to health and safety.
