Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Metal Fabrication Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the fabrication department. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in metal fabrication, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage production quality and timelines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise fabrication team and assign daily tasks.

Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.

Review technical drawings and ensure accurate fabrication.

Conduct inspections to maintain quality standards.

Coordinate with production planners, welders, and fabricators.

Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area.

Troubleshoot fabrication issues and provide technical guidance.

Train and mentor team members to improve productivity.

Maintain records of materials, manpower, and job progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 6 years of experience in metal fabrication.

Bachelor's degree / Graduation is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, welding, cutting, and machinery.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Supervisory or team lead experience is a must.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Familiarity with safety standards in fabrication environments.
