Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Production Supervisor

for our chocolate manufacturing line. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in chocolate production processes, ensuring efficient operations, adherence to quality and safety standards, and meeting production targets. This role requires strong supervisory skills, technical know-how of chocolate processing, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the chocolate manufacturing line, including mixing, refining, conching, tempering, molding, and packaging. Coordinate production schedules and resources to meet daily and weekly output goals. Ensure consistent product quality by monitoring process parameters and conducting in-process inspections. Implement and enforce safety, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Identify and resolve process or equipment issues in coordination with maintenance and quality control teams. Train and coach line operators and production workers to ensure high performance and adherence to SOPs. Maintain accurate production records, downtime logs, and reports. Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product consistency. Ensure all production activities comply with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO, or other relevant standards). Communicate effectively with warehouse, quality assurance, and R&D teams to coordinate raw material use and trial runs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Food Technology/ food engineering Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in chocolate or confectionery manufacturing. Strong understanding of chocolate production equipment and processes. Excellent supervisory, problem-solving, and communication skills. Able to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
