Our Furniture Manufacturing Company in UAE is hiring for Production Supervisor.
The candidate must have experience from Furniture/Sofa manufacturing industry.
Ensuring that goods and services are produced efficiently
Involved in both the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage.
Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
Ensuring that the production is cost effective;
Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;
Working out the human and material resources needed;
Drafting a timescale for the job;
Estimating costs and setting the quality standards;
Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals;
Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed;
Supervising and motivating a team of workers;
Reviewing the performance of subordinates;
Identifying training needs.
Reasonable command of English
Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, physical fitness, and a good sense of balance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Experience:
Furniture Manufacturing Industry: 4 years (Preferred)
* Production Supervisor: 5 years (Preferred)
