About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Production Manager to lead high-volume manufacturing operations for perfumes, cosmetics, and personal care products.

You will work closely with senior leadership and have the autonomy to make impactful decisions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end production operations, ensuring smooth workflow, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Develop and implement strategic production plans aligned with organizational goals. Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of 300+ production staff, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and all relevant safety and quality standards. Review product quality, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions. Drive process improvement initiatives to reduce waste and maximize output. Conduct daily/weekly production meetings and track key KPIs. Collaborate with QA/QC, procurement, logistics, and other departments to meet production targets. Prepare and present data-driven performance reports to senior management. Support strategic projects, including automation, capacity expansion, and new product rollouts.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (preferred). Minimum 12 years of production management experience. At least 5 years in a senior managerial role within cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG manufacturing. Proven experience managing large-scale, high-volume production operations. Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, and quality systems. Practical experience with ISO and GMP standards. Demonstrated success in improving production line efficiency.
