Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Lead / Manager to oversee manufacturing operations in the pharmaceutical and personal care industry. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and a proven track record of ensuring efficient, compliant, and quality-driven production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily production activities across pharmaceutical and personal care product lines.
Plan, organize, and optimize production schedules to meet customer demand and quality standards.
Monitor and improve operational efficiency, productivity, and cost control.
Supervise and mentor production staff, ensuring training and development.
Collaborate with QA/QC, R&D, supply chain, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.
Ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports for management and regulatory audits.
Drive new product introductions and scaling up of manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) mandatory.
Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical / personal care manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven ability to manage production teams and large-scale operations.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
