Job Description

We are looking for a driven and passionate Media Production Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media sales, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of advertising and media services.

Primary Responsibilities:

Client Outreach:

Research and identify prospective clients and advertising prospects within the target market.

Sales Pitches:

Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, showcasing the advantages and impact of our media solutions.

Account Management:

Foster lasting client relationships by understanding their advertising objectives and providing exceptional support.

Revenue Goals:

Meet or surpass set sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Campaign Development:

Partner with clients to design media campaigns that effectively meet their marketing objectives.

Media Strategy:

Coordinate with internal teams to craft detailed media plans, including platform selection, ad scheduling, and budgeting.

Industry Insight:

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new advertising tools and technologies.

Sales Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales performance, client feedback, and forecasts as required.

Campaign Performance:

Track and fine-tune advertising campaigns to maximize effectiveness and results.

Contract Discussions:

Handle negotiations related to contracts and pricing, ensuring fair and beneficial deals for both parties.

Sales Tools:

Efficiently manage leads and opportunities using CRM systems and other digital sales platforms.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in media or advertising sales. Valid driver's license. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Female candidates only. Knowledge of media planning and digital advertising. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
