The Job Production Managers are responsible for the technical management, supervision, and control of industrial production process. We are looking for individuals experienced in manufacturing and/or construction, ideally in the modular field, with specialism in either MEP (focus on electrical), ROOFING or CLADDING. Responsibilities include:
- Ensure production to the desired quality and quantity in proper schedules
- Decision making on engineering details for production
- Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
- Estimate costs and prepare budgets
- Organise workflow to meet specification and deadlines
- Monitor production to resolve issues
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Report to upper management
- Hire, supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel
- Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
- Min 5 years experience as a Production Manager, ideally in modular building
- Expertise in one of these areas: MEP, Roofing, Cladding
- Bachelor\'s degree in technical field
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Production Management: 5 years (Required)
- MEP, Roofing or Cladding: 5 years (Required)
