Pixelogic Media Partners, LLC provides distribution services and technology solutions to the entertainment industry. We help studios, broadcasters and digital retailers localize and distribute their feature and episodic titles to global audiences on-time and with superior quality.

Responsibilities*

  • Prepare and send out templated agreements using an electronic agreement management system.
  • Monitor status of assigned contracts, prepare and provide updates to management and project teams.
  • Search, enter and update data within internal systems used by localization teams.
  • Validate the data entered in various systems to ensure accuracy.
  • Contribute recommendations to improve/adjust contract administration processes and procedures.
  • Support the Production Managers and leads with job scheduling, capacity planning, on-call schedule management, rush project coordination, and related operational tasks.
  • Update internal and client systems with information, dates, documents, and assets.
  • Track and document client and internal rejections.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Work with the Production and Project Managers to eliminate blockers and ensure job workability for internal and external resources.
  • Abide by security policies and protecting information assets and working with translators to keep high security standards.
  • Other related tasks as assigned to fulfill responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience, preferably in entertainment, media, or localization.
  • Knowledge of audio description and dubbing workflows is a big plus.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Outstading attention to detail combined with the ability to work quickly to meet deadlines and a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of tools and workflows in digital media.
  • Excellent in using Microsoft Excel and Google spreadsheets.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in an ever-changing and multicultural environment.
  • Flexibility in working weekend or late shifts is a strong plus.
  • A positive attitude when experiencing obstacles and enthusiastic to get things done.
  • Passionate about customer experience and customer service excellence.
  • Problem solver with creative and innovative approach with ability to think out of the box.
