Job Description

Production Manager Reporting Line: CEO Production managers plan, coordinate and control manufacturing processes so that products are delivered on time and within budget As a production manager, you will make sure goods, services are produced safely, cost-effectively, and on time and that, they meet the required quality standards. The scope of the job depends on the nature of the production system. It is likely that you will be responsible for both human and material resources. Key Responsibilities: - As a production manager, you will oversee the production process, coordinating all production activities and operations. You will be involved in the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage. A large part of the job is dealing with people and resource management. You will need to:

• Develop flawless launch plan for new product yet to enter the market place and execute them with speed and grit.
• Implement price strategy through estimating cost, road maps and release price list of the region in coordination and liaison with different departments, suppliers and clients.
• Review and assess raw material quality and suitability (taking in consideration of product specification and cost) along with QC, purchasing department, store and finance.
• Consistently review Quality, GMP and HACCAP requirements to ensure company performance standard are met/ exceeded.
• Ensure that overall unit functions in line with the food safety standards and general environment, Health and Safety rules.
• Assist business leaders for new market through research, building contacts, strategic alliance & relationship.
• Provide guidance and evaluation of market development team in the, discovery and market commercialization of new product concepts.
• Determine budget, ROI and Key performance indicators to show the analytical leads and lags and measures of marketing success.
• Assist and build the product brand identity.
• Develop SOPs for Inventory control, production preparation, receiving of raw material and delivering of finished products
• Managing the ordering of raw product, packaging materials and production related supplies.

• Well versed with various ERP software.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Strong data analytical skill
• Must have an understanding on food industry and its operation.

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Food Technology Knowledge of ISO 22000:2018 documentation Global standard Food safety training Lean Six Sigma yellow belt certification HACCA Certification Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
