As a Production Manager for Interior Design Projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects from conception to completion. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that designs are brought to life with precision, quality, and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Scheduling:

• Collaborate with the design team to translate concepts into detailed project plans.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.

• Resource Allocation and Management:

• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and furnishings.

• Allocate and manage manpower effectively to meet project deadlines.

• Quality Assurance:

• Implement and monitor quality control processes to uphold the firm\'s standards of excellence.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets design specifications.

• Budget Management:

• Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and report on budget variances.

• Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.

• Client Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the production phase.

• Provide regular updates on project progress and address any client concerns or requests.

• Team Leadership:

• Lead and motivate a team of skilled craftsmen and subcontractors.

• Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team performs at its best.

• Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.

• Documentation and Reporting:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in civil/architecture or similar field.

• 5-6 yrs. of experience in project management within the interior design industry.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, etc.).

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
