We are looking for UAE experienced Joinery Production Manager. Key responsibilities: Handle production and operations \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the production unit \xe2\x80\xa2 Decode design drawings \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with different stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate and explain the technical aspects to the team \xe2\x80\xa2 Decode design drawings \xe2\x80\xa2 Meetings with suppliers & client \xe2\x80\xa2 Achieving Project dead line religiously \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining machinery & other company assets \xe2\x80\xa2 Smooth operation. Key requirements: Minimum of 10 year\xe2\x80\x99s experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Fit-Out & Joinery experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree in Engineering or Interior Design \xe2\x80\xa2 Software skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Great understanding of design drawings \xe2\x80\xa2 Leadership skills managing a team \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be based in Dubai \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be able to start as soon as possible \xe2\x80\xa2 Directly responsible for the planning, preparation and production of required joinery for the company\xe2\x80\x99s various projects \xe2\x80\xa2 An in-depth knowledge of all aspects of modern joinery manufacturing \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Manages all production activities from inception to delivery \xe2\x80\xa2 Manages and controls all employees related functions in the factory \xe2\x80\xa2 Plans production schedules and ensures timely completion \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepares production status reports to senior management \xe2\x80\xa2 Job cost control \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for production quality \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the maintenance and effective use of all machinery and equipment to ensure most efficient and highest quality work methods are achieved \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be able to motivate, coach and develop team members for high performance \xe2\x80\xa2 MUST have a valid UAE Driving License Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED15,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
