an experienced and motivatedproduction/fabricator manager
to lead our production team and ensure our projects are delivered with excellence.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire structural steel production process from fabrication to delivery Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily operations to meet project deadlines Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards Manage production staff, providing leadership, training, and development Monitor resource needs (labor, materials, equipment) and optimize usage Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth workflows Drive continuous improvement initiatives in efficiency and quality
Requirements:
10+ years' experience in structural steel fabrication and production management Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication processes, welding standards, and safety regulations Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Fabrication, or related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
