Our client is a major player in the industrial sector, recognized for its innovation and quality of service. As part of our continuous growth, we are looking to strengthen our team by recruiting a dynamic and experienced Production Site Manager for our site located in Abu Dhabi.

As a Production Site Manager, your main mission will be to oversee all production activities to ensure the efficiency and quality of our production while adhering to safety and environmental standards. You will be responsible for the industrial performance of the site and a key player in the development of continuous improvement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning, organization, and control of all production activities on the site.
• Ensure production objectives in terms of volume, quality, and deadlines are met, while respecting allocated budgets.
• Implement strategies to optimize production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the production team to achieve a high level of performance.
• Work closely with other departments (R&D, Quality, Maintenance, HR, etc.) to ensure the consistency of production activities with the company's overall objectives.
• Provide regular reporting on the site's performance to the management.

• Engineering degree or equivalent in the field of production, industry, or similar.
• Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in a production management position.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement methods (Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent command of French, Arabic, and English, both written and spoken.
• Defense secret accreditation required.
