Responsibilities
Develop accurate
size charts
tailored for e-commerce women's wear (ready-to-wear & made-to-measure).
Interpret design sketches and
communicate technical instructions
clearly to master tailors and sampling teams.
Work closely with
masterjis
and tailors daily to monitor production and ensure garment quality.
Handle
fabric and trim sourcing
from local and international vendors--must have good knowledge of Dubai suppliers.
Assist in
merchandising
, including sourcing trims, linings, buttons, zippers, and packaging items.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in garment production, ideally in women's fashion.
Strong understanding of
womenswear sizing and fit
, especially for e-commerce.
Ability to
translate design ideas into technical execution
.
Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and sourcing--especially local Dubai markets.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Fluency in English and Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
