Production Manager

to oversee and optimize our production workflow.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end production of custom clothing and promotional items Oversee daily operations in printing, embroidery, and packaging departments Ensure timely order fulfillment while maintaining high quality standards Coordinate with the sales and design teams to align production with client requirements Maintain and improve inventory control systems Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements Schedule and manage production staff and assign tasks effectively Ensure workplace safety and compliance with relevant regulations

Qualifications:



Proven experience in a production or manufacturing management role (preferably in apparel or print-related industry) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with production tools, equipment, and inventory systems Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines Attention to detail and quality control Bachelor's degree or relevant technical training is a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Education:

High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:

Production management : 5 years (Required)
Language:

English (Required) * Hindi (Required)
