Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Carpentry Production Manager, located in Ajman Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Carpentry Production Manager will oversee and coordinate daily woodworking production activities, manage carpentry staff, maintain production schedules, ensure adherence to safety guidelines, and maintain quality control. The role also involves ensuring optimal utilization of resources, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with other departments to meet production targets and deadlines.

Strong knowledge of carpentry production processes, woodworking machinery, and tools Experience in managing and supervising production teams Understanding of production scheduling and resource management Commitment to quality control and adherence to safety standards Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience Experience in a managerial role within the carpentry or related industry is preferred Ability to work on-site in Ajman Emirate, UAE
