Production Manager – Vehicle Conversion
Job Description
Plan, schedule, and oversee the daily operations of vehicle conversion projects Supervise and coordinate the production team to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery Monitor the workflow and implement process improvements to optimize productivity Manage materials, tools, and equipment required for various vehicle conversion builds Coordinate with procurement, engineering/design, and quality control departments Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety, technical, and quality standards Train and evaluate staff to promote a skilled and motivated workforce Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ISO standards Prepare and present production reports and updates to senior management
Qualifications
Minimum5 years of experience
in vehicle conversion/fabrication (e.g., ambulances, mobile clinics, armored/security vehicles, etc.) Proven experience in production or workshop management Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills In-depth knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, tools, and safety practices Ability to interpret technical drawings and production layouts Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with automotive regulatory and quality standards (ISO, etc.) is a plusJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
