Location: Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Company Overview:

We are a leading automotive export and modification company based in Dubai, specializing in transforming standard vehicles into specialized units such as ambulances and service vehicles. Our work involves advanced modifications and the integration of custom accessories to meet specific operational requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

? Lead and manage the entire production process for converting vehicles into specialized units such as ambulances.

? Supervise teams across manufacturing, electrical works, interior finishing, air conditioning systems, and body modifications.

? Oversee the development and installation of custom accessories and equipment to enhance vehicle functionality.

? Coordinate with design, procurement, and technical teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficient resource planning.

? Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with vehicle modification regulations.

? Monitor and manage production schedules to ensure the timely delivery of vehicles.

? Conduct inspections and implement quality control procedures at every stage of production.

? Prepare and present regular production reports to management.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

? Minimum of 10 years of experience in vehicle modification or production management in automotive workshops.

? In-depth knowledge of vehicle systems, accessory integration, and modification techniques.

? Strong leadership and organizational skills.

? Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

? Familiarity with UAE operational standards, particularly JAFZA regulations, is an advantage.

? Valid UAE Driving License.

? Proficiency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of other languages Like Arabic, French is a plus.
